At The MKS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love every product you purchase  but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Any product that has been opened or used.
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Gift cards or free promotional items.

3. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund for that item.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

5. Prepaid Order Policy:

If a customer is unable or unwilling to accept a prepaid order within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. A 20% deduction will be applied from the product cost, which covers delivery charges and handling fees.
