Order Processing & Handling Time
We usually ship all orders within 24 hours after receiving them. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UAE Time) will be processed on the next day.
Shipping & Transit Time
Once dispatched, our logistics partners deliver within 1–2 working days across the UAE. International shipping to GCC countries typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the courier and customs clearance.
Delivery Charges
We currently offer 9 AED as Delivery charges on all orders within the United Arab Emirates. No additional hidden fees or charges apply at checkout. Delivery charges for shipping to GCC countries depend on the courier and package weight. Charges may vary, so the exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM UAE Time) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next day.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@themks.store
To file a claim, include:
- 1- Your order number
- 2- Clear video of the damaged item
Once verified, we will file a claim with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund.
